Jelly Is A 2.45-inch Smartphone That Runs Android Nougat

When it comes to smartphones these days, a lot of emphasis is placed on the display of the phone because a larger and sharper display makes playing games, surfing the web, and watching videos more pleasurable. However it seems that’s not what the creators of the Jelly phone are going for.

So what is Jelly? Jelly is an Android smartphone that sports a 2.45-inch display, which is smaller than a lot of smartphones when smartphones were still a new thing. However its creators are marketing the handset as a device that can slip easily into the pocket for situations where a larger and more expensive smartphone might not be so convenient.

The phone will actually run on Android 7.0 Nougat which is a pretty nice touch by its creators considering that there are still quite a few Android devices out there that still do not run the OS. Under the hood, we’re looking at a 1.1GHz processor, a 950mAh battery, dual SIM support, and even support for 4G LTE on AT&T and T-Mobile if you use it stateside.

There are two models available should you choose to get your hands on it, so if you’d like to learn more and back its Kickstarter campaign, then head on over for the details.
