After the rollout of the 10.3.2 update worldwide in December, it seems like Blackberry has accidentally included a buggy android runtime along with it. Now, BlackBerry has released a patch to fix it – via the BlackBerry World. This patch is not automatic, however, as you will need to manually head over to install it.
Updating the runtime is easy though. Just go to the URL here and install it from BlackBerry World. Note, though that this must be done from your BlackBerry 10 device’s browser and it must not be set to Desktop Mode or the update will not show up.
Once you have updated, you will have to restart your device in order for the updated Runtime to work properly.
