I have taken a look at Noreve cases for quite a long time and they have been delivering quality products without fail everytime. From Blackberry Z30 to BlackBerry Passport, now let us take a look at the one for the DTEK60! For those eyeing the BlackBerry KEYone, fret not – they do have one for the BlackBerry KEYone too.

Noreve has 3 main series for the BlackBerry DTEK60 – Tradition, Tradition B and Tradition E. In Tradition B, the flip case is by the left side with a clasp on the right, whereas Tradition E is just the rear cover with any flap to protect the front. For today’s review, we will be looking at the standard tradition, which comes with a flip cover from the bottom.

As usual, unlike the Incipio case, the Noreve leather case protects the vitals – the sides back front, but places where interaction is needed, such as the buttons, USB port, 3.5mm ports, there is cut outs for it.

Since the BlackBerry DTEK60’s camera bump is pretty huge, not all cases, including BlackBerry’s own soft shell case protected it properly (by leaving the bump a little more exposed than it should be). This was not an issue in the genuine leather flip case nor Incipio, and for Noreve, well, it is not an issue too!

Last but not least, how well is the fit? The Noreve case is a real snug fit – tighter than that of the original leather flip case from BlackBerry. Swinging it, dropping it even with the flap open, was not an issue – the phone stayed well inside the case.

Whilst the case is indeed of the highest quality, definitely much better than the original BlackBerry Leather Flip Case, the Noreve case is well padded and extremely comfortable to touch. Despite that, the additional bulk is actually quite limited.
