HTC One M8 provides HSDPA, HSUPA, 5.76 Mbps; LTE, 42 Mbps (21 Mbps – AT&T), Cat4, 50 Mbps UL, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, 150 Mbps DL, Wi-Fi Direct, Wi-Fi hotspot, DLNA,  Bluetooth 4.0 Low Energy, NFC, IR blaster, and microUSB 2.0, USB On-the-go, USB Host.
So after comparing it is found that most of the item is same including Bluetooth and microUSB.

Camera

A 16 MP primary shooter is given to the Samsung galaxy S5.
