The Q&A session begins at 11:30 AM Pacific Time on June 14. Mark Zuckerberg has made a simple video with black background and posted on Facebook to make announcement about Q&A, encouraging users to ask their questions in the comments section of the video. Zuckerberg has already started taking questions today and he will be answering those questions which receive maximum number of likes.

The difference between the 2014 Q&A and 2016 Q&A is that in 2016 Q&A Facebook Live will allow people to comment during live-stream. Zuckerberg will be able to read comments and this will allow him to interact better with users.
