EcoCash will stop offering a service to pay your Dstv account through their wallet. 

Another one bites the dust due to the lack of forex. Econet has issued a public notice is the herald indicating the DStv Payment option is leaving on the first of January. 

Last month Econet introduced a monthly limit of $100 on the Dstv Payments. This is all due to the depletion of our forex reserves, and less critical industries like entertainment take the heat first. 

You can still use Ecocash MasterCard to pay for the service though. And just recently, DStv added a direct payment option that uses VISA and MasterCard.
