Suddenly Yu has launched a Phone without creating any rumors in India with awesome features at affordable price point. This smartphone is priced 11999/- and it will become available exclusively through Flipkart. It will become available on 20th September under big billion day sale. After a long time Yu has launched a phone which can compete with other Chinese phones in affordable price range.

Smartphone is powered by the most popular processor in budget range i.e. QUALCOMM's Snapdragon 625. It has octa-core CPU clocked at 2.0 GHz. This processor and octa-core unit comes with support of 4 GB RAM and 64 GB internal storage. This storage is expandable up to 128 GB via micro SD card. This is cheapest phone which comes with this combination (processor & RAM) in India. Phone is running on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system, which is a disappointment for users. 

It comes with 16 MP rear camera with dual LED flash at back. for the purpose of selfie it comes with 8 MP front facing camera. We can not commit on picture quality as we have not tested it yet,  we will let you know soon in detailed review. It features a 5.5 inch full HD display i.e. 1080 pixels resolution. Display of Yureka 2 also features a 2.5D curved glass on it, which gives it a premium feel. 

Design of the phone is not looking too promising, but it has metal uni-body design. A fingerprint scanner is placed at back panel of this phone. If we compare it to Yureka Black, than LED flash for selfie is missing. Also physical home button is missing in Yureka 2. It features 3 capacitive touch button at bottom. 

Phone is backed by a big 3930 mAh battery. As a bigger highlight phone comes with support of Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0. On connectivity front it comes with support of 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v4.0, GPS/ A-GPS, FM radio, 3.5mm headphone jack, and Micro-USB. Few sensors which Yureka 2 packs are accelerometer, ambient light sensor, gyroscope, and proximity. 

Specification wise phone is looking too promising. As a highlight Yu is back with a good processor and RAM combination. Battery capacity of the phone is good enough for power users, as Snapdragon 625 is battery efficient, hence you will get a good battery back up on this phone. Quick Charge 3.0 support is one of the major highlight of this budget phone. We can not commit on camera performance of this phone as we have not tested it yet. Operating system is the biggest disappointment in this phone as most of the low budget phones are also coming with Android 7.0 Nougat.
