This is the reason why I prefer Android phones to iPhone and especially the Samsung’s Galaxy phones. When Samsung released the Galaxy S7, I praised the hybrid Sim Card slot that can fit a sim card as well as a microSD card slot. In some regions, the hybrid slot can fit a sim and a microSD card or else, 2 sim cards at once. This is possible as the memory slot can also accommodate a sim card instead of a microSD card. But having three cards (2 sim cards + 1 memory card) is not possible. That’s until now.
NoReplied.com has revealed a hack where you will be able to accommodate as many as three cards in place of two. There is no high-level hacking or rooting of your phone. All you will need is a scissor and a lighter.
This modification will make the memory card work as a sim card too and the end result is that the memory card slot will act as a sim card slot as well as memory card slot. Before you go ahead with this hack, there is a high chance that you will destroy your sim card, memory card and in certain cases, the phone as well.
First, take your Nano sim card. Heat up the back of the sim card and peel away the sim chip from the plastic. You will now have the gold contact pins of the sim card without the plastic back. If you need additional details, follow the link below.
The next step involves gluing the gold contact to the microSD card below the gold line contacts as shown in the figure. Now plug in the card and voila, you now have 2 sim cards as well as a microSD card in your phone.
