April 28th possible release date for Galaxy S8 and S8+

Later this month in New York, Samsung is expected to make an official debut for their new upcoming devices, the Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus. Now, it seems that the devices won’t be unveiled until April 28th, which can mean a slight delay for their release. According to VentureBeat, it is true that the devices will be slightly delayed, but nothing is yet explained from Samsung officially.

We know for sure that Samsung are being extra careful with both Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus this time. After the issues they had with the Galaxy Note 7, it is normal that they might want to make a slight delay for the launch of their new devices. They also mentioned that they will do many tests on the batteries on all of their next smartphones, so it may take some time for that. Besides the batteries, the heat pipes and other internals of the phone will be also improved to stay cool and doesn’t make any trouble.

Both of the Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus has seen many leaked images and information over the past few weeks. The leaks basically told us almost everything about the devices and what should we expect from them, but yet none of them are made official by Samsung. The March 29 still remains the date where Samsung will unveil their devices and make an official announcement for them as well. We all hope that the devices will be set on purchase right after their debut on March 29th, but still we must remain patient.
