Caffeine Stimulation

Stimulate is to excite to activity or growth or to greater activity. Breathing, consuming food and many other things can be considered an act of stimulation.  All foods are stimulants to any and some degree. All foods cause more activity within the Body to occur so therefore they are stimulants. Therefore, when people single out substances such as Caffeine as a stimulant it is misleading and can cause much confusion.

Caffeine, from good sources, can act as a great tool to train one to Sleep less and be more active. Caffeine is a substance that clears out certain imbalancing substances from the physical body; imbalancing substances that cause the body to demand more sleep and long periods of sleep. Caffeine works to not block out certain hormones but to balance the bodies need for sleep.

Many people sleep unconsciously, and this is due to the imbalancing of the biological human machine. Sleeping can be done consciously but it must be done properly. Meditation can be a form of conscious sleeping and a way of reenergizing the physical body. The human body is made to operate without unconscious sleep when it is in its pristine state of being.

Sleep is there to allow the body non-resistant influence of consciousness. Sleep is repair and too much of this unconscious repair (recharging) of the human body causes more imbalancing within it. Simply put, in certain environments where certain energies of balance are more abundant, we shouldn’t unconsciously sleep. However, if sleeping is needed due to our current environment, we shouldn’t sleep for long periods of time.

Sleeping for eight to twelve hours straight isn’t needed or the best thing to do. Caffeine is a great way to show self that you can function with high energy without sleep. After using good sources of caffeine for a while, if one’s lifestyle practices are still in alignment with balance, one can stop using it and still get the same effects of not having to sleep for long periods of times.

Napping is a great tool and it is a much better form of unconscious resting aka sleeping. Caffeine only becomes an imbalancing substances when one ignores all signs of the body’s communication of needing sleep. One should know when their body is in need of sleep and one should do some silent, breath or any form of meditation to allow mental and physical resting.
