It is touted as the India’s most unique back-up system which can be mounted on wall. It will be available across all retail stores, online stores, croma. The pre-booking already started on Luminous official website while there is no word on the availability as of now. The Luminous REGALIA has elegant design that blends in seamlessly with the home décor, making it a suitable choice for both contemporary and traditionally styled homes.

Speaking at the launch, Mr. Vipul Sabharwal, MD, Luminous Power Technologies, said:

According to Luminous Power Technologies, the REGALIA is the most compact power back-up system available in India and it uses the in-built lithium ion battery technology – just like mobile phones. The good thing about Regalia is that it is maintenance free – just fit it and forget it, with a battery lifespan of up to 10 years.

The REGALIA can be charged easily with regular mains or with solar panels and it will take only 2-3 hours to charge it fully.

Talking about safety, the REGALIA is safe and eliminate the risk of accident as it does not comes with any wires and there is in-built safety mechanism to protect appliances from voltage surges and short circuits.

The Luminous REGALIA comes with Wi-Fi connectivity feature too and as a users you can easily access the information and diagnose the usage pattern directly on your smartphone.
