Lenovo jumps into the congested budget android Smartphone market in India with their latest Lenovo A526. The latest budget Smartphone from Lenovo packs a 4.5-inch WVGA (480x800p) touch screen display and it is powered by Quad core MediaTek MT6582M processor with clock speed of 1.3 GHz.
The Smartphone measures 132x67.6x11.1 mm and weighs 145 g. And the Smartphone comes with 5 MP rear camera without flash and 0.3 MP front facing camera. And like the most other budget Android Smartphones, the A526 too runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean out of the box with no hope for updates.
Lenovo has provided 1 GB of RAM in A526 to give users a good multitasking experience, but the internal memory is only 4 GB, that can be expanded up to 32 GB via microSD card. The Smartphone supports dual SIM (GSM + GSM) with dual stand-by.
Connectivity options are usual including 3G (HSDPA: 21 Mbps, HSUPA: 5.76 Mbps), WI-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.0 and GPS with A-GPS. The Smartphone houses a solid 2000 mAh Li-polymer removable battery unit. It also comes with pre-installed Lenovo DOit apps that for seamless data sharing, security and syncing.

The Smartphone is available in Blue color variant and priced competitively at Rs. 9499. The Smartphone will be available for purchase from the official dostore.com and all the retail Lenovo exclusive stores from 5th of April 2014.
