Xiaomi had unveiled Mi Power Bank 2i with the power capacity of 10,000 mAh and 20,000 mAh in November last year. The 10,000mAh Power Bank costs 799 rupees and 1,499 rupees for 20,000 Power Bank.
This year in April company mark up the price by Rs. 100 suddenly for the GST ( Good and Service Tax) costs and the power banks were selling at 899 rupees for 10,000 mAh Power Bank and 20,000 mAh Power Bank at 1,599 rupees. Now the Indian Government cut off the GST charges on Lithium-ion batteries by 10 percent from 28% to 18% and now the price is set with the previous pricing.
Mi also cut off the price of the Mi Power Bank Pro(10,000 mAh) by 200 rupees which were at 1,499 rupees, now at 1,299 rupees.
