How to Customize Siri in iOS 10 on iPhone and iPad

Tags: siri

Introduced as a significant feature in iOS 5 on iPhone 4s in 2011, Siri hasn’t been able to break shackles. There are quite a few limitations like being unable to understand different language and the lack of integration with third-party apps. But that is going to change! With iOS 10, Siri is set to become more versatile than ever before.

Since developers can now use Apple’s virtual personal assistant to control their apps, you can tell Siri to start a video calling via Skype, order it to send a message to your friend using WhatsApp, tell it to book a taxi, ask it to send money and more. (Make sure to check out how to use Siri in macOS Sierra.)

With Siri all geared up for a major overhaul, it would be great to set it up and customize the virtual assistant as desired. Let’s cross over to do that!
