If you do make a lot international calls I would not recommend Ooma.  Ooma International Rates are pretty expensive.  You would be better off with another provider such as Vonage.  There monthly plan for unlimited calling is $25.99.  They have 60 countries included for the unlimited plan.  So you might want to check that out if you do make a lot of international calls.  They also have this new feature "Vonage Extensions - extend your calling plan to any phone, even mobiles at no extra charge.  Sounds pretty cool :D
