And if you’re wondering about those pesky delivery charges? Fret not! Nationwide free delivery is now available for every KFC order placed via the Just Eat app.

This mouth-watering deal gives customers a complimentary item each time they order from participating outlets, provided they meet the minimum spend. For every KFC order over £21 on Fridays, a free Regular Popcorn Chicken is up for grabs.

But the ‘Freebie Friday’ treats don’t end at KFC. Hungry souls can also snag delights like PizzaExpress’s Dough Balls, The Breakfast Club’s Hashbrowns, Burger King’s Chilli Cheese Bites, and Krispy Kreme’s Doughnut Bites, among many others.

Storm Ciaran Can’t Stop Our KFC Cravings

Because we’re good to you, we put the Just Eat service to the test, ordering a KFC feast to be delivered to Average Joes. Our Dipping Boneless Feast came with 12 Mini Fillets, a large Popcorn Chicken, four regular fires, two sides (gravy, obviously, and as a token gesture towards our five-a-day, corn cobs) and a large bottle of Pepsi Max. We also opted to try out KFC’s new Signature fries.

As Storm Ciaran was battering the country, delivery did take a little longer than you might expect, but the friendly Just Eat driver arrived with a smile and a bag stuffed with food for the two of us (don’t judge). While not piping hot, it was all ready to eat, as tasty as you’d expect, and kept us stuffed through a marathon of Thursday night movies. Not bad for £32.67. Let’s not talk about the Signature fires, though…
