• Right-click on Windows menu, and on the menu, click Network Connections

• Locate Internet Protocol Version 4 (IPv4), select it, then, click on Properties
• You will be provided with two options. To either “obtain DNS server address automatically” or “Use the following DNS server addresses”. Choose the latter and change the values in its field.

To change to Open DNS, input the following values:

Preferred DNS Server: 208.67.222.222

Alternate DNS Server: 208.67.220.220

Press the enter key and restart your computer. Check if you can connect to the internet. If not, release and renew the IP address. To do this, go to the command using administrator rights as explained above. Once in the command prompt, type the command: ipconfig /release

Then press Enter

Next, type in the following command: ipconfig /renew

Then press Enter again.

To clear cache in Google Chrome, follow these simple steps:

• Locate Show Advanced Settings on the popup page, then click Privacy Settings >> Clear Browsing History
• Next, check the boxes Cookies and other site and plugin data and Cached image and files >> then click Clear browsing data
