The Cloud II weighs around 270grams out of the box, which means the average user will find it relatively heavy. But overall, speaking on comfort, I believe the Cloud II gets a pass. The Logitech G633 Artemis Spectrum comes in a black patterned design, the ear cups are rectangular shaped, they’re large enough for users of all ear sizes, and the headbands are padded. The earcups swivel well, which is great for traveling and comfort. As soon as the headset is on the head, it comfortably and securely fits, which is a pass for me.

 I love how the earcups don’t squeeze the ears, they feel supportive, comfortable, and plush. You can easily adjust the headbands also to fit tightly on all head sizes. After using this headset for gaming, music, and video conference meetings for around 7 hours, I didn’t feel any discomfort.

You’re getting two separate cables with the Artemis Spectrum, there is the USB cable which you use for connecting the headset with computers for gaming, while there is the 3.5mm audio cable which works with pretty much every other connection. Switching between these two cables is also pretty seamless as there is a button on the left earcup that is designed to do just that. The 3.5mm cable comes with an in-line mic, and there are buttons to mute the mic and play/pause the music.

The cups of the BlackShark V2 are in a matte finish and they feel and look top quality. The headband is coated in pleather, while memory foam was used for both the earcups and the headband. The cushions on the earcups come with a good amount of thickness, and they’re covered in knit fabric, which makes them soft to the touch, they don’t cause sweating on the ears and they reduce heat.

The microphone is removable, so you can always take it out when going out for a walk or traveling and put them back on when it’s time to game. The mic comes with a flexible stem, so it feels solid on the touch while being flexible enough for easy adjustment. The BlackShark V2 also comes with USB and 3.5mm audio jack connection options for use on all of your devices, from smartphones to PCs to gaming consoles.

COWIN E7 – Best Budget Headphones for Gaming and Music

If you’re on a budget, and you need noise-canceling headphones with an inbuilt microphone that you can use for work, music, and traveling, then the COWIN E7 is my recommended budget headphone. The biggest strength of the COWIN E7 headphone will be the moderately comfortable design, the long battery life (which carried us for 30 hours+ of usage), and its noise-canceling feature.

The COWIN E7 cups are designed to swivel by up to 90 degrees, which aids in transportation. The headphones also come with a cord, so you’re able to use the headphones in both wired and wireless modes as you see fit. The earpads are high-quality, comfortable on the ears, and are designed to fit even users who have larger ears.

The headphone comes with 40mm large-aperture drivers that produce deep and accurate bass responses. The headphone come with a built-in microphone, which is great for answering calls, in-game chats, and streams. The fact that the mic is built-in means this remains one of the most multipurpose headphones you’ll get on a budget.

On the downside, I noticed fingerprints on the plastic as the plastic is a bit shiny. I felt the headset would have done a better job in this regard if this was a matte plastic. I don’t know if this one is a downside, though, but the headphones come with digital volume control, and the power switch isn’t big enough, making it hard to access sometimes. If you’re looking for budget lightweight headphones for gaming and music, this isn’t the best in my opinion as it weighs around 387g.
