OnePlus recently Launched a Community Review Programme wherein the company invited the potential buyers who are interested in purchasing the upcoming Oneplus 6 to test the device before everyone else.
Reportedly, the company has now started sending out emails to those who have been lucky enough to be selected to try the device. The email consists of all the rules and regulations of the programme. On top of that, the official release date of the device which happens to be May 21 has also been written in the email.
If the launch date turns out to be true, the OnePlus 6 will indeed be the first OnePlus device to be released this early as all its previous generation counterparts have been launched somewhere in the month of June.

Coming to the specifications of the device, the OnePlus 6 is going to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chipset coupled with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage. There will be a dual camera setup at the back (20MP + 16MP) and a 20MP front camera. The device will run on Android 8.1 Oreo. It is also rumored to be water resistant and the company has made it almost official by teasing it on one of its tweets.
