For those vapers who lean towards a looser MTL draw, the 0.6Ω pod is the perfect match. This pod performs exceptionally well with freebase e-liquids. Battery Life

With battery life, especially on pod vapes, there is always the potential for concern. But with the XROS 3, you’ve got a sizable 1000mAH battery inside it and this is more than enough to get you through a full day’s worth of vaping. Use the lower power MTL pods and you’re looking at 1.5 days with moderate to heavy usage.

The DTL pods run at slightly higher wattages so they do use up the power quicker. They’ll still do a full day’s worth of vaping on a single charge but if you’re planning a night out after work, you’ll want to give it a top-up before you leave. And with its USB C charging, you can add in plenty of extra hours’ worth of use with as little as 20-30 mins on the mains.

Bottom line? The Vaporesso XROS 3’s battery life is solid. You don’t need to worry about it with moderate to normal usage. Only serial chain vapers will need to top-up this device during the day. Of course, batteries degrade over time, so after six months of using the device you might notice a drop-off in performance.

This is just a fact of life with non-removable batteries; they only have a certain number of charges in them before they start to degrade. It happens to phones and it happens to vapes too. The upside here is that vapes like the XROS 3 are a lot cheaper than cellphones.

Drawbacks

While the Vaporesso Xros 3 shines in many respects, there’s a minor hiccup to note, specifically with the use of its RDL (Restricted Direct Lung) coils. Some users might not notice it, and even those who do might consider it a very slight inconvenience rather than a deal-breaker.

When you’re using an RDL coil with the Xros 3, the design requires you to keep your lips slightly parted when vaping. This action ensures that the airflow slots near the mouthpiece are not obstructed, allowing for the optimal draw. It’s a bit of a learning curve compared to standard MTL vaping, where you can fully wrap your lips around the mouthpiece without affecting the draw.

This is a minor point and one that most vapers can easily adapt to with a bit of practice. Once you get used to this slight change in vaping style, it should become second nature. I much prefer the MTL
