The Xiaomi 14 Ultra is all about the cameras. So, let’s talk about the cameras first. Xiaomi 14 Ultra has four cameras on the rear. The primary camera has a 1-inch 50MP Sony LYT-900 sensor with a step-less variable aperture lens (f/1.63-f/4.0) and OIS. The ultrawide camera has a 50MP Sony IMX858 sensor with an f/1.8 lens. The 3.2x telephoto camera has a 50MP Sony IMX858 sensor with OIS and an f/1.8 lens. Finally, there is a 5x periscope camera with a 50MP Sony IMX858 sensor, OIS, and an f/2.5 lens.

The phone can shoot Dolby Vision HDR videos at up to 4K 60fps, 8K videos at up to 30fps, ultra night videos at up to 4K 30fps, and 4K videos at up to 120fps. The selfie camera can take 4K 60fps videos and even Dolby Vision HDR videos at up to 4K 30fps.

Under the hood, Xiaomi 14 Ultra has the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SOC, 16GB LPDDR5X RAM, and 512GB UFS 4.0 storage. The battery is 5,000mAH, and there is support for 90W fast wired and 80W fast wireless charging. The phone has a USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C port, IP68 certification, stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, and an under-display fingerprint sensor.

The display is a 6.73-inch LTPO AMOLED with a Quad-HD+ resolution, 1-120Hz refresh rate, 3000 nits peak brightness, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, and 12-bit colors. The brand has used its Xiaomi Shield glass for protection, which boasts a 10x improved drop resistance compared to the Xiaomi 13 Ultra’s Gorilla Glass Victus.

Finally, Xiaomi 14 Ultra runs on Android 14-based HyperOS.

In India, the phone comes in two colors – Black & White. The price is ₹99,999.
