As the images above reveal, the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra comes in at least four colors. The phone weighs 233g and is 8.9mm thick. This means while the thickness is the same as last year, the weight has increased. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SOC powers the phone with 8GB or 12GB RAM paired with up to 1TB storage. The leak reveals LPDDR5 RAM, not LPDDR5X. But as per Ice Universe, there is indeed LPDDR5X RAM in the Galaxy S23 Ultra.

There is a 5,000mAh battery, and the phone supports 45W fast wired charging and 10W wireless charging, similar to the Galaxy S23+.

Regarding cameras, Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra has a 200MP primary sensor with OIS and an f/1.7 lens. There is an ultrawide camera with a 12MP sensor & 120-degree FOV. The third camera offers 3X Optical Zoom and has a 10MP sensor with OIS. Finally, there is another 10MP sensor, paired with a periscope lens, offering a 10X optical zoom and up to 100X digital zoom. So, the main change here is in the primary camera sensor. This is Samsung’s newly launched HP2 sensor.

The selfie camera has a 12MP sensor. As for video recording, the primary rear camera can shoot 8K videos at up to 30fps and 4K videos at up to 60fps. There is 4K 60fps video recording support for the selfie camera too.

Finally, the display is a 6.8-inch Quad-HD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel with LTPO tech, which means an adaptive refresh rate of 1-120Hz. The display has Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection. On paper, the display specs are the same as the Galaxy S22 Ultra, but we expect some upgrades in the brightness and other things.

Other features include stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, IP68 certification, and Wireless PowerShare.
