Android O or Oreo [8.0] - Everything You need to Know about Latest from Google

Just five month back Android Nougat was made open for everyone owning the eligible devices, though as per the latest report 2.8% of devices in the market today are running Android N while the percentage of Marshmallow devices have increased to 15.6%, Nougat still not being so popular Google has planned to release its next Android Version this September, that is reported to be called 'Oreo' but this can be just a plain rumor as well so till then we are going to address it as Android O or Android 8.0
With release dates still, far away the Google will reveal the version in I/O 2017 on May 2017, when all the rumors about the android successor would probably come to an end.

Rumors for the 'Oreo' came from the twitter handle of Hiroshi Lockheimer who is Vp of Chrome Os, Android and google play, He recently tweeted a Gif image suggesting that the next version might be called Oreo but for the reality to be revealed let's wait till I/O 2017.Venturebeat released a publication informing about the 3 new features which are to be featured in 'Android 8.0'

The first feature would be 'Copy Less' which would help you save some time and stress when performing copy and paste on your Android Phone. With this feature, the phone will automatically copy the relevant information to the clipboard,The publication explained this by an example : " “[If] you and a friend are having a conversation in a chat about where to eat dinner and you find a good restaurant in the Yelp app, when you go back to your conversation and type “it’s at,” one automatically generated suggestion in Gboard would be the restaurant’s address.” - So this feature would be time-saving as well as fun to the user

The second feature would be something you have witnessed in Ios that is automatically detecting the address from the message and tapping on it would launch the Google Maps thereafter

Gesture Option might now come officially from mGoogle though Companies like Huawei and Lg have already opted this in past and the same is available in custom ROMs as well but now it looks like Google is going to add this officially to Android 8.0 and to what rumor says 'Oreo'

With these rumors in hand, let's see what comes true and what other features get revealed before Google officially reveals it
