As per the tech website The Verge, photos of U Ear for leaked via Reglatory Authority Fillings in the Taiwan and US and same has been spotted by Android Police.

Design of HTC U Ear
Its has a rounded earbuds tip and stem extends towards the down of ear. Charging pins are lcoated at front side, and complete black in colour which is different from apple airpods. The Charging case also inspired from Apple airpods.
Opening mechanism is quite differnet, as the HTC U Ear opn up like ring box unlike hatch on the top. Its will come with a USB-C port to chnarge for earbuds.
