Guys, the thing for which I have changed my life so many times, I was not getting it.You all know what was that. Oh! It was my ‘KICK’. Anyways, While working there I found the students were not satisfied with the services, with the classes and with the management also. I took this as a challenge. I started talking to the students regarding their problems, their issues. I found many major issues and decided to resolve for the students. I worked very hard and tried to satisfy the students. I told directly to my Boss regarding problems. They cooperated and immediately took actions for the same. My performance was going very well.
Our Company opened a new branch in another sector in the same city. It was like Head office. Now, I was called to join there as the management was happy with my work. They also gave me hike of rs. 3000. So It means I was offered for 12k per month. It was like my promotion. Now I was Sr.counselor cum Calling Head. It happened in 2 months only. I was happy.I was having a good conversion rate of the new students. But, my UPSC preparation was going in well (water). I always gave priority to my work because now I have started enjoying my work. I became very loyal, very punctual to my work. I took only 15-20 minutes as my lunch break, otherwise for whole day,I worked hard and kept thinking about the new ideas to grow company. One day, one of our director was going for a seminar in a college with marketing manager. He asked me to come with them to attend the workshop. I felt very happy. It was for the first time ever in my life when I was getting the fruit for my hardwork
Once when I was sitting on the front desk then my boss came to me and asked one of my colleague to shift my sitting into Cabin. That cabin was for faculty members. It was most beautiful cabin in the premises. It was besides the Director’s cabin. It was like dream come true.
Some of the guys were jealous of it. But, I didn’t care at all. I was so happy. I was given a new designation. Guess what? Now I was Branch Manager. I was the 1st who had Achieved the success in just 3-4 months. But as you all know, the greater the designation, bigger the responsibilities. Now, my salary was 15k per month+incentive.
There was not even a single month for which I hadn’t achieved my monthly target. For every month, I got 5k+ incentive. Now, on 30th April, my real cousin was getting married so I had to go. When I was going, I was very near to my target, so I distributed the work and responsibility in my team. When I was busy in the marriage, my boss also called me and asked me to come as soon as possible. I was given special attention from everyone which gave me happiness. At the end of month my team called me and told me that we again had achieved the target. This month I got 10k as an incentive. When I came back , my team was desperate to see me. We all were ready for new month target.........
