High blood pressure runs in my family and as of now *knocks on wood* I have not inherited that issue. Knowing there is a good chance that it may come along though I do want to keep an eye out on my heart rate and my blood pressure just to be on the safe side – particularly if I’m not feeling so well.

The battery cover is easy to take off and put on as is installing the batteries – no screwdriver required! Once the batteries are in your monitor is ready to go. I like that this monitor automatically shuts off after use in a few seconds so the batteries are not wasted. You can also just press the button to power it off as well.
