I have been taking these for a few days now and I honestly don’t know how you determine if a product of this type is working or not. Let’s just be honest, Spirulina is stinky! It has a musty, wet, dirty sort of smell. With that said, I have had no issues with an aftertaste, however, be warned that it does need to be swallowed quickly, as I’ve sadly learned. If the pill starts to dissolve in your mouth, it has a nasty taste. Luckily it doesn’t last long, but if you get it down the first time, there will be no issues. Also, I have not had any bad side effects since taking them. No upset stomach, no feeling sick, etc. I’ve felt normal.

With all that said, six capsules provide 3000 mg of spirulina and I have been taking 2-3 pills twice a day. I really like that this is has detoxification properties and can help with regular bowels with regular use. It is important to take organic vitamins & minerals, especially the green supplements, and Fresh Healthcare’s brand is organic and vegetarian which is why I chose to give them a try.

One thing I would recommend to the company is that they clearly list their ingredients on Amazon’s website.
