This week we got to try the decadent and delicious Macadamia Nut "Brie" from The Vegan Cheese Shoppe, a beautiful 6 ingredient cheese made from fresh macadamia nuts in Hawaii. The founder, Erin Olivari, who like myself, as a pre-vegan, hade been a big fan of a fancy cheese. She set out to create a worthy vegan version. Her handcrafted plant based cheese can now be shipped directly to your door! We decided to make a big, fun, yummy, vegan cheese and grazing board with this amazing cheese.
