We've done a lot of Breakfast posts on the blog but I finally had a chance to shoot some video of one of my kids' favorite breakfast foods to show you all a really simple way to cook tofu. It is cooked low and slow and crisps up in the frying pan and then toss with some tasty spices including nutrient rich nutritional yeast. It takes a little while to make but it makes a tasty protein rich little finger food and a great filler for an egg-like sandwich.
