A ceremony is to take place in Eemnes, nr. Utrecht, Netherlands on 13 May 2024 for the loss of Lancaster Mk I W4955 (coded “OL-R”) on 13 May 1943. We’re looking for relatives of the crewmembers in order to tell them more.
W4955 (OL-R) flew with RAF 83 Squadron out of RAF Wyton. The crew were:
