I was sent 2 bags of all flavors minus the lemon poppy seed flavor (6 bags total) and I have to say  – these things were a hit in my house! For me, my favorite flavor of the ones I tried were the Cranberry Almond. My second favorite was the sesame almond. The flavor I did not particularly like was the Coconut Orange Almond. Luckily, my 3-year-old son (you see him in the above photo) loved that one and ate those for his snack for a couple days! Me, on the other hand, has been greedy stuffing my face with the cranberry almond and sesame almond toastees!

What’s unique about these is that they are baked and are non-dairy, Kosher and Parve with no added fat, salt or coloring. So, they’re what is considered a “healthy” snack. For me, when you say “healthy snack,” I instantly want to think it’s going to be gross or taste nasty. In my experience, that’s generally how it works out. These, on the other hand, are delicious, They have an addicting flavor, but filling and satisfying. They are hard and crunchy, but not so hard that you feel like your teeth are going to break like with some other similar products. I found if you really want to make these even more delicious, than they already are, dip them in some milk, let them soften slightly, then enjoy. I find the milk really helps bring out the flavor.

Needles to say, these Toastees have been a real treat to my family and everyone in my household enjoyed at least one of the flavors we tried. At just $3.99 per bag, I will definitely be keeping a bag in my kitchen!
