I am a huge fan of adult coloring books. The thing is, they are proven to be stress relievers. Unlike childrens coloring books, these are much more detailed designs. It just gives you a chance to color while you’re relaxing in bed. It’s a great way to do something not involving technology. Often times I get tired from blogging all day, but then I just lay in bed and scroll through social media. It doesn’t really help to unwind from the day. Instead, I’ve been focusing on using the adult coloring books and if I have the urge to do something when I’m ready to relax, I pull one of these on the go coloring books out and my gel pens and just color in the areas I feel like. It helps rest my eyes from computer and phone screens to be quite honest.

Now there are a ton of adult coloring books on the market. I love a variety, but these are specifically made for on the go. They’re smaller in size and have a spiral spine for easy page turning. While each design is still very detailed, you get double the pages because they have images on both front and back of the sheets. The sheets aren’t super thick, but they are thick enough that my gel pens do not bleed through from coloring on them. These are perfect to keep in your purse for a long day at work, traveling, or just next to your bed for a little down time after a busy day.

I was impressed with the 3 books I got to check out from this brand and can honestly say I would recommend them!
