Indulge in a culinary voyage at Canal Grande, the grand main dining room boasting Venetian-inspired decor and a menu that changes nightly. Do not forget to take a picture in front of the life-sized Gondola at Canal Grande! For a more intimate dining experience, Marco Polo offers a cozy ambiance reminiscent of an Italian village square. Meanwhile, the Lido Marketplace buffet serves up a bounty of delights from early morning until late evening, with stations offering everything from made-to-order omelets to mouthwatering hamburgers.

  • Port Day Breakfast: Canal Grande Restaurant 7:00-9:00am.

  • Sea Day Brunch: Canal Grande Restaurant 8:30am-12pm.

  • Sea Day Tea Time: Marco Polo Restaurant 3:00-4:00pm.

  • Dinner: Early seating 5:00pm • Late seating 7:45pm • Anytime Dining 5:00-9:00pm.

Casual Eateries

For a quick and satisfying bite, guests can visit Carnival Deli for freshly made sandwiches or Tomodoro for a fusion of Mexican and Italian flavors in tacos and burritos. And who could resist the allure of Guy’s Burger Joint, where juicy burgers reign supreme?

INSIDER TIP: On SEA DAYS Tomodoro turns into a Chinese eatery and the food is delish. The first few days of the cruise are when you want to go because no one knows about it yet, the last few days of the cruise it will be packed. The menu is below:

Disclaimer: We did not try any of the specialty dining or paid eateries on our cruise so I cannot speak about the food or experience at them. I will definitely be trying a few the next time I cruise on the Venezia.

JavaBlue Cafe

A café serving specialty coffees, teas, and freshly baked pastries. They also serve spiked coffee which was a huge hit with our group and it was included in our drink package!

Tea Time on Carnival Venezia

This was an amazing experience. On Sea Days many carnival ships offer tea time in one of the main dining rooms. Some teas are free and others have an extra cost. They also offer small snacks such as the picture below and some yummy pastries. Find out when it is offered on the Daily Planner. I recommend you check it out at least once!
