Yesterday was my anniversary and my husbands birthday. We spent the day playing Wizard Roll, by RoosterFin. And as far as the best day ever is concerned, I think we covered that! If you are in the market for some fun family time, this game is a must on all fronts!

What’s Included With Wizard Roll?
Inside the box, you will find everything to make your spell casting career a total success. You will find spell cards, ruin tiles, element tiles and two dice. One die has the elements, and one has the ruins. The element die also has a twist picture, the wand. (plot twist explained below) That’s it. The quality of Wizard Roll is apparent from the second you open the box. The cards are a lovely matte finish, and the tiles are nice and thick heavy duty cardboard. This game was designed to LAST!
Oh What Fun Game Night Is
Wizard Roll includes instructions, but I highly encourage you to watch this video to learn exactly how Joe wants us to play. After a little help, my 5-year-old turned from uncertain and rusty to a total Wizard Roll Champ.
We played ALL DAY LONG. Guess what? It did not turn into a disaster when someone lost because there were so many chances to keep winning. I think that was the best part. Winning and losing didn’t make sore losers.
Plot Twist: You Can Zap Your Opponents!
The picture of the wand on the dice is the most coveted picture in the game. Everyone hopes to roll that. Because the person who does can ZAP a tile from someone else, wrecking havoc in that player’s spells. Bug wants the record to show that she would like an actual wand added to the game play, to help in the zapping department.
I Love Wizard Roll By RoosterFin!
My family has an ugly habit of playing a game one time and never touching it again, which is so sad. We lose interest or dislike the game in general. With Wizard Roll by RoosterFin, that was not the case. We played for hours yesterday. Each round was more exciting for the kids than the last. And each time we thought they were ready to quit, we were met with “why? can we play one more?’ Even while cooking dinner, I was called back for each turn as to not stop the game play.
I have not seen the three of them so engaged in the same thing at the same time aside from watching TV. As a mother, my heart swells at the thought of many more afternoons spent by the table playing this. From one very satisfied mama, you need this game.
