The beautiful thing which i learned from this book is you should not only count your big achievements, you should count what made you feel content, happy, the moments which you really lived not just survived even if its the smallest thing -That's a real life.
I want my readers to do a simple test just try to remember when was the last time you were very actually happy and try to note it down somewhere and note it every time when you are happy. You will come to know if you are actually living or just surviving.
