Empire

Ladies and Gentlemen Imagine a situation when you suddenly wake up at night and you’re stomach rumbles and mouth waters longing for exquisite dishes you love. You’re very hungry, and want to eat your favourite thing but don’t know how to cook and you’re fridge is empty. What do you do? Don’t worry, I’ll tell you the solution. Whether we are working, studying, talking to friends or watching  a movie late into the night, there is a remarkable restaurant to satisfy all our Midnight cravingsThe legendary Empire Group of Hotels was founded in 1966. Today, it has over 20 branches conveniently located in every nook and corner of the city and has become a common household name in Bangalore.

The Restaurant does not have valet service but there are alternative parking arrangements. Neat, spacious and simple ambience, it has comfortable seating and is air conditioned. Though the rush makes it very noisy during peak hours, the atmosphere is perfect to start conversations over a plate of appetizers that give immense joy. It also has a spectacular juice shop outside. Service is excellent

The Boneless Chilly Chicken is amazing. It is remarkably spicy, juicy and delicate that excites the taste buds.  The tender Tandoori Chicken was fantastic. It is sprinkled with a special masala that made it splendidly delicious. Grilled Chicken is beautiful. Seldom have I seen a leg prettier than this. The Shawarma is impressive. The texture of the khubus and the well done chicken and vegetable filling is really nice. Ghee Rice and dal fry is incredible. The rich flavour of the rice is just brilliant. The Empire Special Chicken Kebab is phenomenal and the best. I prefer the boneless one. The succulent and scrumptious kebabs provides true heavenly bliss and can mesmerize you.

However the Brain Fry  was surprisingly bad. Its was too chewy and peeper was overpowering every other ingredient. Fried rice can be improved as it was too bland and one part was overcooked while the other was raw and hard. On the whole it was a wonderful dinner. Sweet dreams are indeed made of great food. Long live Empire that always delights and never disappoints.
