Slimming World Friendly Recipe:- Creamy Swedish Meatballs

I have been trying out all the amazing SW products from Iceland recently, and especially love the Meatballs. I wanted to try something a little different from the usual tomato based sauce, and came across "Swedish meatballs", made popular by Ikea! I've never been to Ikea so can't compare the two, but my dish is super yummy none the less! It is really quick and simple to make, which means a perfect weeknight meal is just a few steps away

Serves 4

Extra Easy syn value:- 3 per serving

Healthy Extras:- None

You will need:-

1 onion grated
1 Bag SW Syn Free Meatballs
Handfull Mushrooms, chopped
150 g Philadelphia Light
100 ml vegetable stock
1 clove garlic, crushed
6 sprigs Dill chopped
300 g tagliatelle
1 tsp Gravy granules

Method:-

Heat a large frying pan and spray with frylight. Fry of the grated onions and mushrooms, then brown the meatballs on all sides.

Add the Philly and veg stock to the pan and stir into the cooking juice. Stir in the dill and Gravy granules and cook for a further 10mins.

Meanwhile cook the pasta according to the pack instructions. I served the pasta and topped with the meatball mixture, you could add cheese as your healthy extra to make it extra special!
