Join us for dinner February 1st-21st and enjoy a special menu crafted by Chef Franz Junga and Executive Chef Maurizio Mazzon to highlight the decadent food of Umbria.

Chef Franz’s complete immersion and work side-by-side with local Umbrian chefs sparked the inspiration for this month’s Festa Regionale Menu. One of Chef Franz’s favorite items on the menu, Agnello in Crosta di Pecorino (roasted rack of lamb in Umbrian pecorino cheese crust), is prepared precisely as he saw first hand.


Dine with us to enjoy Cuore di Raviolo con Rancetto (heart-shaped butternut squash ravioli filled with guinea fowl, carrots, celery and herbs served in a crispy pancetta sauce with tomato coulis and Grana Padano).


Passaporto holders who dine from the Festa Regionale menu will receive a Peperoncino Infused Olive Oil as a token of our thanks.
