Sardegna
May 2nd – 22nd
Join us for dinner May 2-22 and enjoy a Festa Regionale Menu specially crafted by native Chef Gianpaolo Putzu and Executive Chef Maurizio Mazzon highlighting the traditional cuisine of Sardegna!
Sardegna is the second largest island in the Mediterranean. Separated from the rest of Italy by the Tyrrhenian Sea, it has not fallen victim to the foreign influences brought to the rest of Italy through conquests and has changed little through the centuries. Sardegna also accounts for 25% of all the sheep raised in Italy; sheep’s milk is made into Pecorino Cheese, one of the most popular Italian cheeses.
Dine with us and enjoy Malloreddus con Polpettine, featuring Sardinian pecorino cheese specially imported from Italy (ridged shell pasta with beef and pork meatballs in tomato sauce; finished with Sardinian extra-virgin olive oil and Sardinian pecorino).
Passaporto holders who dine from the Festa Regionale Menu will receive a box of Torrone, a Sardinian nougat, as a token of our thanks.
Make your reservations today to experience Sardegna!
