1.CHICKEN SALAD
INGREDIENTS
- 5 oz. cooked chicken)
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/3 cup chopped sweet pickle
- 1 boiled egg, chopped
- 1/2 cup salad dressing
DIRECTIONS
Mix and serve.
2. ITALIAN CHICKEN
INGREDIENTS
- 2/3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 green pepper
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- Sliced onion
- 1 lb. jar spaghetti sauce
- Chicken (boneless) breasts, quartered
DIRECTIONS
Wash Chicken.
Mix flour, salt, pepper, and garlic
Coat chicken, brown in oil and drain.
Top chicken with sliced peppers and onions . Add sauce on top.
Cover and simmer about 1 hour. Serve with spaghetti.
Serve with spaghetti.
3.BAKED CHICKEN
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp. minced onion
- Bread crumbs or crushed corn flakes
- 2 to 2 1/2 cut up chicken
DIRECTIONS
Mix first three Ingredients and dip chicken into it.
Coat with crumbs or flakes.
Bake on greased pan or roll lined
Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
4.SAUTEED CHICKEN
INGREDIENTS
- 4 boned skinless chicken breasts
- Old Bay seasoning
- Olive oil
DIRECTIONS
Sprinkle Old Bay on breasts. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Sauté chicken turning often until done, 5-10 minutes.
