Offering something different from the usual Afternoon Tea, Sofitel Singapore City Centre’s 1864 Lobby Lounge is collaborating with Tiger to offer the Tiger Crystal High Tea Set.
Sweet and savoury bites are infused with Tiger Crystal beer. Brewed at a temperature of -1 degree celsius, the Tiger Crystal is refreshing and less bitter than the usual beers. What we liked from the savoury line-up include the Tobiko Crab Salad with Citron Beer Gelee and the Cooked Prawn with Beer-infused Melon. Highlights from the sweets are the fruit tart, the mango lime cheesecake and the scones! Each set comes with barista-style coffee prepared to your preference or a cup of TWG tea – you can try the hotel’s exclusive Singapour Je T’aime tea blend. You can also top off the whole experience with two bottles of Tiger Crystal beer, available for $20.
