Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, here’s how you can celebrate Valentine’s Day with a romantic restaurant experience. The 7-course Valentine set menu started off with The Cupid’s Arrow and Steady on the First Date cocktail. Feeling love and as sweet as what you can see on Cupid’s Arrow. In contrast, Steady on the First Date has a stronger alcohol content and less sweet. Sweet Jumbo shrimp in a homemade appetising salsa sauce is likely to leave you with a big appetite afterwards.
Never thought that beetroot puree can go so well with refreshing young mesclun salad with a touch of extra virgin olive oil and drizzled with Balsamic reduction. The grilled slices of Japanese octopus is chewy and topped with brioche croutons.
Something different offered at Lawry’s will be Chicken consomme and bacon-wrapped chicken with mushroom cheese filling. The creamy cheese filling provides lots of flavour and moisture on the inside of the chicken and also the savoury bacon on the outside.
The appetiser is truly magical and good combination of flavours, texture and freshness; sliced Mozzarella cheese with sliced peach and riped tomatoes and finally drizzled with Balsamic reduction and extra virgin olive oil.
The main course is a choice of Signature Roasted USDA Prime Rib of Beef or Goose Foie Gras with Chicken Stew. I will definitely choose Lawry’s Signature Prime Rib over and over again! Signature Roasted USDA Prime Rib of Beef (150 grams) is carved and served at your table. Perfect combination with a side of US Idaho mashed potatoes, a slice of Yorkshire pudding and a choice of creamed corn, creamed spinach or buttered peas. The roasted prime rib is rich, juicy and tender, a spectacular dish for your Valentine.
Valentine’s Day is all about sweetness. The white chocolate strawberry mousse with yuzu coulis enhanced with pink chocolate glaze, while heart-shaped moist red velvet cake is filled with mild cream cheese.
Don’t be surprised if you spot team of little cupids!
They will be there to capture the precious moment for you and your partner. Each couple also gets to bring home a bottle of Piccini Prosecco.
