Good news is that there is no delivery fees and service charge when order any Traditional Reunion Feasting or spend a minimum order. How’s Catering has attained grade “A” for their kitchen and also a certified Halal caterer. You may also invite your Muslim friends to enjoy the feast!
Abundance Fortune Yu Sheng that combines vegetables and pickles with Smoked Salmon for that extra savoury, sourish and sweetness. Scan the QR code on the box and you can utter auspicious wishes as each ingredient is added. HUAT AH everyone!
I’m impressed with the CNY floral packaging that bring “huat”. They have also
double -wrapped the liquid dishes like soup and sauces so that they do not spill.
One of our favourite CNY dishes goes to Roast Chicken with Pepper Chutney.
The chicken fats have penetrate into the meat leaving you with a fragrant and tender roast amidst the lovely golden brown skin. While pepper chutney gave a hint of garlicy spiciness that goes well with the roast chicken.
We enjoyed how Golden Pumpkin Prawns having buttery, milky notes. The magical pumpkin sauce that is sweet, buttery with a tint of laksa leaf aroma.
I just love having poached spinach at restaurant. Glad that I can also enjoy them at the comfort of home. Slices of Bailing Mushroom on a bed of Poached Spinach topped with carrots and wolfberries. The Bailing Mushrooms are so succulent and smooth with soft poached Spinach.
Rich and flavourful chicken broth came with generous servings of densely nutritious fish maw, crunchy water chestnut, gorgeous “flower-top” mushroom is crunchy in texture and nourishing wolfberries.
The smoked duck rice is wrapped in lotus leaf for extra flavours and leafy aroma.
Packed with umami from their smoked meaty.
Light as air, the ginger slices act as a perfect combination for this dish!
Deep-fried Seabass is glazed with Ginger Soya and topped with lots of scallions
for the extra fragrance.
What caught our eyes first? A pair of beautiful Milky Koi Fish with Taro, Sweet Potato Ball and Bubble. The Chinese believe that koi fish bring happiness and positive energy to their homes. I brought not just one but two to my home! Don’t you find the koi fishes are too adorable to be eaten? The koi jelly is made with coconut milk. The brown sugar bubbles are so soft. Unfortunately, the taro and sweet potato balls are too tough to bite. We have sent our feedback to How’s Catering and we believe they will do something about it.
