Media Tasting at Republic Plaza
Republic Plaza has gone through a revamp and now features a brand new food district with more than 30 food options. Featuring close to 90% of the new concepts and new to market tenants.
Local Coffee People + Saigon Roll
Vietnamese food that caters to the local palette. Choose from 10 different rolls, 5 different
baguettes and a whole range of local drinks. One-stop for both food and drinks!
Mojo
Healthy grain-bowls. Proteins are all well-seasoned and very flavourful.
Choose from 3 different types of bowls
o Petite (1 base 1 protein 1 side)
o Regular (1 base 1 protein 3 sides)
o Beef bowl (1 base 1 protein 3 sides)
For durian lovers, drop by to try their durian acai bowl, exclusive to Republic Plaza outlet!
Knead to Eat
Grab-and-go hearty sandwiches. Breads are sourced from a local bakery and the vegetables
are roasted on-site daily. You can expect tender, juicy meats as the beef and chicken are all
sous vide.
Sukhumvit 100
Authentic thai food occupying one of the takeaway kiosk. Be sure to try the beef boat
noodles, as the herbal soup, chewy noodles and the bouncy chewy beef balls will keep you
coming back!
Saladstop
This place needs no introduction, with many outlets islandwide.
Recently focused on sustainability, with biodegradable cutlery and packaging, and charge for
plastic bags, upon customers’ request so BYOB when you visit them for takeaways.
What’s Pide
Warm savoury flatbreads that are baked, not fried. What results is a crisp on the outside, soft
on the inside pocket filled with interesting flavours from various cuisines.
With a total of 11 outlets in Seoul, 3 in Singpaore and still expanding, What’s Pide brings you
insta-worthy fast food.
Bulgogi lovers should definitely try their signature Mrs Park – thinly sliced bulgogi and
caramelised onions with pickled jalapenos hidden in the pocket for a little heat.
Whilst you’re there, grab a can of AKA (a craft cola drink from Malaysia), featuring Nutmeg as
a key ingredient. Finish the meal with appleteeny – apple pie in a bite!
Herbal Bar
One of the few tenants returning to Republic Plaza after the facelift, Herbal Bar offers healthy
double-boiled soups. No MSG is added in any of their soups – the flavour from the soups are
entirely from the quality ingredients used. A definite pit-stop for the health conscious or those
looking for something to remind them of their mother’s homecooked soup.
QoolCo
QoolCo started out in 2015 is vegan-friendly and there are no preservatives or additives
added in all their products. Beat the heat with these refreshing coconut desserts!
Aussie Roll
Previously located at Chevron House, Aussie Roll has found a new home at Republic Plaza’s
food hall. The rolls are all freshly made daily and the bestsellers would be salmon avocado,
terriyaki chicken and king prawn. It is no wonder why these are crowd favourites given how
they are value for money and fuss-free. They are also running a opening special of buy 3 get
1 free roll so head down whilst the promotion is ongoing to try their offerings!
