Episode 1 – Niigata City

Having the best quality rice in the country, you can’t miss out a tour of a local sake brewery. Being a foodie, the highlight of program is definitely the visit to Niigata’s bustling Pia Bandai seafood market. Featuring various fresh catch seafood from the renowned Sea of Japan, as well as Shirone’s Kingdom of Fruit that cultivates high quality fruits such as Le Lectir pears and Echigo Hime (Princess Strawberries) during each season. Hello Niigata also uncover the secret hidden local food gems from Niigata locals on their favourite restaurants. Besides food, there are also nature, scenic landscapes as well as manicured gardens to look out for.
Episode 2 – Sado Island
In this episode, delicious Sado Kuroge Wagyu Beef that is exclusive to selected restaurants and hotels on the island will be revealed. Be sure to explore a treasure trove of cultural activities that can be experienced on the island. Some activities such as gold mine museum and Sado Nishimikawa Gold Park, as well as the preserved Shukunegi Village and Kodo Village. Catch a glimpse of the magnificence beauty that is exclusive on Sado Island. It acquaints viewers with Sado Island’s popular Onsen and guesthouse that is popular for their beautiful perspectives of the pine tree backwoods.
