Mango Lassi

Mango Lassi is delicious smoothie made with mangoes and yogurt. It is a perfect soothing summer drink. Here is the recipe for quick and delicious Mango Lassi;  Try it  and enjoy the great taste.
Ingredients:
  1. Mango chopped-1 cup
  2. Thick curd- 1 1/2 cup
  3. Sugar- 2 tbsp
  4. water- 1/4 cup (optional)
  5. Cardamom powder-a pinch
  6. Pistachio  chopped-to garnish
Preparation:
  • Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Add in to serving glass and garnish on top with chopped pistachios or with mango pieces.
  • Serve soon and enjoy!!!
