The best way to enjoy this amazing event, of course, is with a beer in hand, more specifically, an Eclipse-themed beer. Most of these brews are limited-edition, so get your hands on them while you can.

Eclipse Ale – Snake River Brewing Co.

This American Pale Ale out of River Brewing Co. from Jackson, Wyoming was brewed specially for the 2017 Solar Eclipse. The pale gold Eclipse Ale is a light-bodied brew with a citrus aroma and light malt, hay, hops and citrus flavors. Topped off with a tall, foamy head, this beer is perfect for the heat of late August.

Total Eclipse Breakfast Stout – Maumee Bay Brewing Company

The Solar Eclipse will start Oregon at 9 am, which some may say is a little early for beer. Fortunately, Maumee Bay Brewing Company has just the beer for the occasion. The Total Eclipse Breakfast Stout out of the Toledo, Ohio-based brewery is a dark Imperial stout that offers robust espresso, chocolate and dark malt flavors.
