Beerakaya Thokku Pachadi is a traditional Ridge Gourd Peel Chutney made in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

Also called Beerakaya Pottu Pachadi, this chutney is normally eaten with rice and ghee/sesame oil as the first morsel (Modati Mudda). It can also be served as an accompaniment to dosa.
