Juice Up Your Greens With Fresh, Sweet Pomegranate Flavor

Salads can get boring. They can feel like the same old thing over and over again, and leave you feeling unsatisfied. But if you’re on a quest for a reduced calorie and more nutritious diet, salads are an important part of your daily diet mix.

So how do you stay interested in eating your fruits, veggies and greens? Keep it interesting with flavor.

Depending on the variety and ripeness, a Pomegranate can taste a little sour to sharp and tart, similar to uncooked cranberries. The stevia compliments this fruit’s flavor and brings out sweeter qualities in the dressing portion of the recipe that will make it pleasing to the taste buds without causing it to be overly heavy and syrupy.
