Who else loves a Chinese takeaway? It's all about the Fakeaway nowadays anyway...
This recipe is inspired by my crispy shredded beef recipe, but made in the Air Fryer.
You can also cook this in a frying pan instead too.

You can adjust the spice levels of this recipe, but I do really enjoy it with a bit of a kick!
Delicious served with rice and topped with sesame seeds and spring onions.
The Air Fryer makes this so easy to prepare, just stick the ingredients in the air fryer and let it do all the hard work for you.
If cooking in a pan, just fry off for half the cooking time.
The key to keeping the chicken crispy is the cornflour, adding a little makes it super deliciously crunchy.
